Paw Cabana LLC operates Paw Cabana Mobile Grooming and pawcabana.com. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website and launch updates signup form. For privacy questions, contact pawcabana1@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you join our launch updates list, we collect your email address and any first name or ZIP code you choose to provide. Your email address is required; your first name and ZIP code are optional. We also receive information you include when you contact us.
Our website, hosting provider, and security tools may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and visit or submission times to operate the website, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse.
How we use your information
We use signup information to confirm your registration, share Paw Cabana’s progress and launch news, and let you know when grooming appointments become available. Optional ZIP codes help us understand interest in different areas and plan potential service routes. We also use information to respond to inquiries and maintain website security.
Joining the launch list does not reserve a grooming appointment.
Website and email service providers
We use GoDaddy hosting, WordPress, Fluent Forms, and FluentSMTP to operate the website, store form submissions, and deliver notifications. Emails are sent through our Google Gmail account. Signup details may appear in our website records, notification emails, email delivery logs, and backups. Providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
The Paw Cabana Website Email connection uses Google’s Gmail API to send website emails from our authorized business Gmail account. Visitors do not need to connect a Google account or grant access to their inbox to join our list. The connection requests permission to send email; it does not request permission to read visitors’ inboxes. Our use of information received through Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and embedded content
WordPress and website services may use cookies for functions such as administrator login, security, and saved preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Our website includes an embedded Google map showing our planned service area. Loading or interacting with the map may send technical information to Google and allow Google to use cookies or similar technologies. Google’s handling of that information is described in its Privacy Policy.
Sharing and protection
We use service providers as described above and may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our website, business, or others. We do not sell or rent our launch signup list. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online system can guarantee complete security.

You can stop receiving launch updates by replying to an email or contacting pawcabana1@gmail.com. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons, and backup copies may remain until replaced through normal backup cycles.

We will update this policy as our website and services change and revise the date above. If we materially change how we use information, we will provide additional notice or request consent when required.
